Today is the 14th May, but I think the person has not yet the letter! Who knows how long it will take?

Canada Post has announced that a letter should be made in a province within 3 working days. Do not take a week - especially for sites that you specify. Sometimes, as in or from small remote sites. But a letter should be in Vancouver in the score on the next working day from PG and delivered a day later.
Three days suffice. But you know that the person has not yet received the letter, or do you know? Please write back and ask if they received their first letter or telephone and ask if they have received
