How long does it take to build a small house? - small house plans
I have plans for housing, contracts (unsigned) and the financing for a house that we build. Only have 1,400 square meters and has built up, I and 30 November for the first of a first home buyer tax credit is closed. Is this possible? Do you need to be closed to obtain the tax credit?

Not impossible, but any entrepreneur want money go to through. Most entrepreneurs would like to have at least 120 days .... I mean, you can pour a plate and tilt walls, two days later, but until then had not healed. If you have any talk of closing escrow account, it means that he has a certificate of occupancy.
